Each report is constructed with the requirements of each client in mind;
but will broadly cover:
- The Investigation Requirements.
- Summary of the Results.
- Recommendations.
- Result Details.
- Scanned copies of all original source materials.
As each investigation and report is customised the final report can vary between
10 and up to several hundred pages in length.
Reports are professionally prepared (over 30 years of business report writing
experience!) and final versions are bound for ease of use by clients. If required
an electronic PDF version (Portable Data Format - as used by Adobe Acrobat Reader)
can also be provided.
Wherever possible, the report will use diagrams or illustrations to enhance the text
of the report.
In addition to scanned copies of all source material used, all sources are identified
by a full citation that would allow the originals to be re-accessed without further
research. Also noted will be all source libraries or archives that were searched and
no results found; this will aid any further research that may need to be continued in
the future.
Where the investigation has involved the building of a family tree:
- Appropriate pedigree and descendancy charts will be included.
- The family tree details - names, dates, places and relationships
will be incorporated into a computer family history database and
each documented event linked to the scanned image of the source
