Family Group Data

A Family Group describes all the important dates and places associated with the family - parents and children. This Family Group form can be used to send the details of a complete family group - or - just for a single individual - or - for as much partial information that you know of.

You can send as many Family Groups as needed. Each Family Group will be sent separately.

Dates should be entered as DD MMM YYYY, i.e., 16 Sep 1903 - However, if you do not know a precise date, give me your best guess by entering, for example - About 1918 - or- About Dec 1924

Place Names should be entered as Parish/Village/Borough (comma, space) Town/City (comma, space) County (comma, space) Country;
i.e., Lydiard Tregoze, Wiltshire, England
or - Belfast, Ireland
or - Lambeth, London, England
or - Ballymena, Antrim, Ireland
- as with dates, if you do not know the specific place the event took place in, either leave it blank - or - give me your best guess by entering for example - About Belfast, Ireland etc.
